WORLDWIDE SHIPPING FROM TAIWAN

ToolsIsland orders are fulfilled and dispatched from our factory in Taiwan. We ship worldwide to destinations available at checkout.

PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are normally prepared for dispatch within 2–5 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Australia: approximately 7–15 business days after dispatch.

Other international destinations: approximately 10–25 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Customs processing, carrier disruption, weather and destination conditions can cause delays.

SHIPPING CHARGES AND TRACKING

Available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout. Tracking details are provided when the selected service supports tracking.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs charges imposed by the destination country. Unless these charges are expressly included at checkout, they are the customer’s responsibility.
