Refund policy

30-DAY RETURNS

You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Contact us at toolsisland.com@gmail.com before sending anything. We will provide return instructions and the approved return address privately. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by applicable law.

DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us promptly if an item is damaged, faulty or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photos where possible. If the claim is accepted, ToolsIsland will provide an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return shipping costs where required.

REFUNDS

After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, the returns process applies.

YOUR CONSUMER RIGHTS

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights that cannot legally be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law where it applies.
